The backbone of your SAP transformation.
Start a conversationTurning SAP expertise into measurable business value
I make it work as one system.
I am an SAP Solution Architect specialising in Project System. Twenty-two years of it, across eight sectors that each run their projects differently.
Most of my work is connecting Project System to the rest of the business, so the numbers inside it are the numbers your finance team trusts. I run the executive workshops, do the fit-gap analysis, design the blueprint, and stay through build, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. I do not hand the hard part to someone else.
So far that has meant seven end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, five on ECC, three global rollouts, and one Commercial Project Management delivery. I did that work at TCS, Infosys, PwC, and Capgemini and EY. Now I take it on directly, through Mridang.
My mission is to transform complex business and project challenges into measurable business value through deep SAP S/4HANA expertise, industry experience, and outcome-driven consulting, helping organisations simplify processes, improve project performance, and accelerate sustainable growth.

Project System is only worth what it’s connected to.
On its own it holds a plan. Wired into Finance, Controlling, Procurement, Sales, Plant Maintenance and Logistics, it becomes the place the business finds out what a project actually costs. Connecting those six is most of my work.
Four things I get brought in for
Hands-on work, from the first design decisions through delivery and the governance that keeps it running after I leave.
SAP S/4HANA Project System
WBS and network design, budgeting and availability control, cost planning, scheduling, settlement, and results analysis. This is the core of how project-driven businesses run in SAP, and it is what I know best.
Enterprise Solution Architecture
Solution blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, target operating models, and process harmonisation. The point is to make the SAP design fit the business you are actually trying to build.
Global Rollouts & Delivery
Greenfield builds, brownfield conversions, and multi-country rollouts. That covers SIT, UAT, end-user training, cutover, production deployment, and the hypercare period right after.
Advisory & Centre of Excellence
Architectural governance, presales and solutioning, SAP Centre of Excellence leadership, corporate training, and mentoring. I have built and led these teams. The goal is one that runs without me.
Fifteen cities, London to Hong Kong.
Multinational programs need more than good configuration. They need someone who understands how each region actually works, keeps teams in different countries pulling the same way, and holds every rollout to one standard. That is the part I am usually brought in for.
Where the twenty-two years went
Six roles, one specialism. The person who did that work is the person you would be hiring.

A greenfield S/4HANA build, a global rollout, or a second opinion before you commit to a design. Any of those, I am glad to talk it through.
